So our customers can understand better all the process, we give you all the details of the process involving the property purchase. The client books a visit to the property. After the visit to the property, and in case of interest in the purchase, we arrange all the details concerning this process. We arrange the "Reservation agreement"(so the concerning property is removed of the market) and/or "Promise agreement of Purchase and Sale". All the documentation of the property inherent to the legal process is arranged by our company (concerning both parties "buyer-seller"). The "Escritura"(Deed) finally is made and, the transaction is concluded. We also inform the expenses in taxes involved in the property transaction, such as IMT -Property tax; Imposto de selo- Stamp duty and Costs of the Notary (Deed and registry).

Along with the former owner of the property, will are able to schedule a technical visit to the property, in order to better understand the functioning of the equipment and utensils eventually sold with the property and where is needed further clarification on other issues that may arise after the deed.-In the case of Foreign Clients, given the difficulty of language interpretation, we accompany the customer along in the Tax Office (Finanças), and the acquirement of a tax identification number; the bank account opening process, the EDP (Power supply)- change of ownership as well as the City council (for the water supply network access).
